Have your device, app and IPTV access details ready

Before installing anything, confirm three things: 1) the exact device or TV platform you are using, 2) the player or app you want to use, and 3) the access format supplied with your subscription. Depending on the setup, access details may be provided as Xtream Codes, an M3U playlist or a portal/MAC workflow. Use the format you were given. Keep your real server URL, username, password and M3U link private, and do not paste them into public forums, screenshots or random online tools.

Smart TVs — LG, Samsung, Sony, Hisense, TCL, Roku

Choose a compatible Smart TV player and use the setup method supported by that app.

    HOT PLAYER — Open your TV App Store and search for “HOT PLAYER”.

    HOT PLAYER — Install and open the app, choose Xtream Codes or M3U login, enter the access details supplied with your subscription, save and restart if required.

    SMARTONE IPTV — Open your TV App Store, search for “SMARTONE IPTV”, install and open the app.

    SMARTONE IPTV — Note the MAC address or Device ID displayed and follow the activation steps required for your setup, then restart the app after confirmation.

    CAP PLAYER — Open your TV App Store, search for “CAP PLAYER”, install and open the app.

    CAP PLAYER — Select Xtream Codes or M3U, enter the access details supplied with your subscription, confirm and load channels.
